How to bundle a pump.fun launch
Bundling means creating your pump.fun token and buying it from several of your own wallets inside one atomic transaction, so the opening supply is distributed in the same block the token is created. This guide walks through every step with PumpFunBundler, from funding wallets to firing the bundle and getting your funds back out.
PumpFunBundler is a BundleBee product. Not affiliated with pump.fun. This guide is educational and is not financial advice.
The bundling process at a glance
Here is the full sequence. Each step has its own section below with the detail you need, but this overview is the map. Read it once so you know where you are headed, then work through the steps in order.
-
Open PumpFunBundler
Start the Telegram bot or the web terminal. Your dev wallet and bundle wallets are created on first run.
-
Create and fund your wallets
Deposit SOL and fund each bundle wallet with the amount it should buy, plus a small fee buffer.
-
Configure your token
Set the name, ticker, image and description by hand, or generate them with AI launch and review.
-
Set your multi-wallet buy plan
Decide how many wallets buy and how much each spends so the opening supply is spread out.
-
Review fees and simulate
Confirm the total SOL, the 0.8 percent platform fee, network fees and any Jito tip before you spend.
-
Launch the atomic Jito bundle
Create the token and fire the buys as one bundle so they land together, ahead of public snipers.
-
Track the bundle and confirm fills
Check which wallets filled, what each spent, and the position state in bundle tracking.
-
Manage and sell from the web terminal
Trade the position on a live chart with order book and tape, with optional auto-sell by volume.
-
Recover funds safely
Sweep and redeem your SOL and tokens back to a wallet you control when you are done.
What bundling means and why it matters
When you launch a memecoin on pump.fun, the first block after the mint is the most competitive moment the token will ever see. Sniper bots watch the chain for new mints and race to buy the opening supply the instant it appears. If you create the token and then buy from a single wallet a moment later, you are standing in that same race, and you often pay a worse price for a token you just launched yourself.
Bundling removes that gap. The token creation instruction and your buy instructions are packaged into a single atomic unit. Either the whole thing lands or none of it does, so there is no window where the token exists and your buys have not happened yet. Spreading those buys across several wallets also means the starting supply does not all sit in one address, which looks healthier on a chart and gives you flexibility in how you manage and exit the position later.
None of this guarantees a profit. Bundling is an execution tool, not a money printer. It helps you get a clean, distributed entry on your own launch. What happens to the price after that depends on the market, the community, and plain luck. Keep that in mind through every step below.
What you need before you start
Gather these before you open the bot so you are not scrambling mid-launch:
- SOL to fund the launch. Add up what every bundle wallet will spend, then add a buffer for Solana network fees and an optional Jito tip.
- Your token details. A name, a ticker, a square image, and a short description. Or a clear concept you want AI launch to turn into those for you.
- Telegram or a modern browser. The bot is @BundleBeeDotFunBot, and the web terminal runs in any up-to-date browser.
- A plan for the downside. Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose and when you would sell. Memecoins can go to zero, so never commit rent money.
It also helps to read the pricing page first so the fee numbers in the review step are not a surprise. PumpFunBundler is free to set up, and you only pay when you actually launch.
Step 1: Open PumpFunBundler
Start in whichever surface you prefer. In Telegram, open @BundleBeeDotFunBot and press start. In the browser, open the web terminal from the home page. Both are backed by the same BundleBee launch stack, so your wallets and launches are the same wherever you sign in.
On first run the bot provisions a dev wallet, which is the wallet that creates the token, and a set of bundle wallets, which are the wallets that place the opening buys. You do not have to configure anything yet. The goal of this step is simply to get into the app and see your wallet addresses so you can fund them in the next step.
If you are completely new, spend a minute in the menu. Find where wallets, token setup, and the launch button live. Knowing the layout before you have real SOL on the line makes the rest of the process calm instead of rushed.
Step 2: Create and fund your wallets
Decide how many wallets you want buying at launch. More wallets spreads the opening supply more widely, but each wallet still pays network fees, so there is a practical balance. A handful of well funded wallets is often cleaner than a long tail of tiny ones.
Fund them from the deposit screen. Send SOL to the dev wallet first, since it pays to create the token and covers its own buy. Then fund each bundle wallet with the exact amount you want it to buy, plus a little extra so it can pay its share of the network fee without falling short. PumpFunBundler shows each wallet balance so you can confirm the funding landed before you continue.
Keep control of your keys in mind from the start. PumpFunBundler generates the wallets and gives you recovery and break-glass tools, covered in Step 9, so you can always move funds back out. Do not send more SOL than your plan calls for. Idle SOL sitting in launch wallets is money at risk for no reason.
Step 3: Configure your token
You have two paths here. The manual path is straightforward: type the name, choose a short ticker, upload a square image, and write a one or two line description. Keep the ticker clean and the image crisp, because this is what people see first on pump.fun and in the web terminal.
The AI launch path generates a coin concept, a name, a ticker, and artwork for you, and deploys with self-hosted metadata. It is useful when you want to test an idea quickly or you are stuck on branding. The important part is that you review everything the AI produces. Nothing deploys without your confirmation, and you can regenerate or edit any field you are not happy with.
Whichever path you take, remember that token metadata cannot be edited after the mint. Read the name and ticker out loud, check the image renders correctly, and make sure the description says what you mean. Also make sure your token follows pump.fun rules and you are not impersonating anyone, since that can get a launch removed.
Step 4: Set your multi-wallet buy plan
This is the heart of bundling, so take your time. Set a per-wallet amount for each bundle wallet. You can make them even or vary them so no single wallet holds an obviously dominant share. The plan you build here is exactly what will fire inside the atomic bundle at launch.
Think about proportion. The combined opening buys set the token's first price and the size of your own position. Buying too aggressively from your own wallets can leave you holding most of the supply with no real market, while buying too little may not establish much of a floor. There is no magic number. Match the plan to your budget and your exit idea, not to a screenshot you saw somewhere.
Double-check that every wallet in the plan actually has the SOL to cover its assigned buy plus fees. A wallet that is underfunded can drop out of the bundle, which skews the distribution you planned. The review step next will help you catch that before anything is spent.
Step 5: Review fees and simulate
PumpFunBundler is free to set up, and the costs appear only at launch. There are three to understand. The platform fee is 0.8 percent on the launch. Solana network fees apply to every transaction in the bundle. The Jito tip is optional and is what you pay to prioritize your bundle; you choose the amount, and a higher tip can improve the odds of landing in a contested block. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Run the simulation. It checks that the create plus your buys form a valid bundle and shows you the expected result without committing real SOL. Look at the total spend, confirm each wallet is included, and make sure the numbers line up with the plan from Step 4. If a wallet is missing or an amount looks wrong, go back and fix it now.
Treat this screen as a stop sign. Once you confirm, the bundle goes out and the token is created. A minute of checking here saves a lot of regret later.
Step 6: Launch the atomic Jito bundle
When you press launch, the token creation instruction and every funded buy are assembled into a single bundle and submitted through Jito across multiple regions to improve the chance of landing quickly. Atomic means all or nothing. If the bundle lands, the token is created and your buys execute together. If it fails, it fails as a unit, so you are not left with a created token and no fills.
If a bundle does not land on the first try, usually because the block was heavily contested, you may be able to retry with a higher Jito tip. That is a normal part of launching into a busy moment. Stay calm and follow the prompts rather than firing a second uncoordinated buy from outside the bundle, which would defeat the purpose of bundling in the first place.
Snipers still exist. Bundling gives you a strong head start on your own supply, but it does not make the token immune to other buyers, dumpers, or a market that simply is not interested. It is an execution advantage, not a guarantee.
Step 7: Track the bundle and confirm fills
Every launch bundle is tracked. The tracking view shows you, wallet by wallet, which buys filled and what each spent, so you can reconcile the real result against the plan from Step 4. This matters because the distribution of your supply across wallets shapes how you will manage and exit.
Check for any wallet that did not fill as expected. If one dropped out, note it, because your actual position and distribution will differ slightly from the plan. Knowing this now prevents confusion later when you are deciding how much to sell and from where.
Once the fills are confirmed, you have a clear picture: which wallets hold the token, how much each spent, and what the opening position looks like. That is the foundation for everything in the next step.
Step 8: Manage and sell from the web terminal
The web terminal is the trading surface. You get a live chart, the order book and tape so you can read the flow, and buy and sell controls right on the chart, with PnL tracked as you go. This is where you decide when and how much to sell across your wallets based on what the market actually does.
There is an optional auto-sell by volume feature that can trim the position automatically as trading volume rises. It is a tool, not a strategy; decide in advance whether you want it on and what you want it to do. You can also keep managing from the Telegram bot, which sends deposit alerts and lets admins hot-swap the Solana RPC if network conditions get rough.
Have an exit plan and stick to it. The hardest part of a launch is not the bundle, it is deciding when to sell. Set your targets before emotions get involved, and remember that a position that is up on screen is not realized until you actually sell.
Step 9: Recover funds safely
Do not leave funds scattered across launch wallets longer than you need to. The recovery tools sweep SOL and redeem tokens back to a destination you choose. Prioritized gas funding makes sure each wallet has enough to pay for its own recovery transaction, so a wallet that ran its balance down can still be emptied.
Recovery sinks are 2FA gated, which means pulling funds to a new destination requires a second factor, protecting you if someone gets partial access. For the worst case, there is an offline break-glass path that lets you recover without the normal app flow. Prefer the in-app recovery buttons for everyday use and keep break-glass for genuine emergencies.
Confirm your balances landed in your destination wallet after recovery. Once your SOL and any remaining tokens are back where you want them, the launch cycle is complete.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Underfunding a wallet so it drops out of the bundle and skews your distribution. Always leave a fee buffer.
- Committing more SOL than you can afford to lose. Memecoins are volatile and can go to zero.
- Rushing the name, ticker or image. Metadata is permanent once the token is created, so check it twice.
- Skipping the simulation in Step 5. It is your last chance to catch a wrong amount before you spend.
- Launching with no exit plan. Decide your targets and your stop before emotions take over.
- Assuming bundling guarantees a pump. It gives a clean entry, nothing more. Snipers and sellers still exist.
- Ignoring pump.fun rules or impersonating a brand or person, which can get your launch removed.
